Diansheng Guo

Dr. Diansheng Guo’s research focuses on Spatial Data Science, GeoAI, and Urban Informatics, developing data-driven and AI-enabled methods to sense, model, predict, and optimize complex urban, spatial, and mobility systems. Beyond academia, he served as Chief Scientist and Director of the Spatial Big Data Lab at Tencent Map, where he led large-scale R&D on geospatial data platforms, GeoAI models, and intelligent location-based services. His work has been recognized with honors including the NSF CAREER Award and inclusion among the World’s Top 2% Most-Cited Scientists.
